If a dash (-) appears in the Clawback column, there is no Clawback on that particular product. Some products (e.g. Purple) have the same rate for OO & Inv (no rate loading). Rates and fees are subject to change at any time without notice. Ocean, Purple (max 50% LVR) and Redzed all provide vacant land only loans for Altdoc or full doc with no requirement to build.
